Substitution fluid in an automatic transmission

If replacement of the fluid in the torque converter, and replace the fluid in the transmission. If the replacement fluid in the torque converter is not carried out, replace the fluid in the gearbox follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the hose, which connects the transmission and the oil cooler (radiator side).
2. Start the engine and drain the liquid.

Status: The engine must be idling and the selector lever must be in position N.

When you do this, the engine must be turned off for 1 minute. When all the liquid has drained earlier than 1 minute, the engine should be stopped at this point.

3. Remove the drain plug from the bottom of the gearbox and drain the liquid.
4. Replace the oil filter.
5. Replace the drain plug gasket and tighten the torque given in the specification.

Torque: 32 N ??? m

6. Add the correct amount of liquid required.

Stop fill liquid if desired amount can not be filled in the gearbox.

7. Repeat the procedure according to the step 2.

Check out the old fluid for contamination. If the fluid is contaminated, repeat steps (6) and (7).

8. Pour the required amount of liquid required.
9. Connect the hose which was disconnected in step (1) and firmly insert the dipstick.
10. Start the engine and let it run for 1-2 minutes at idling speed.
11. With the engine running, move the selector lever from N to all positions and back into position N.
12. Take a trip to a warm-up transmission to temperature 70-80 ? C. Park the car on a level surface. Check the fluid level, which should be between labels HOT. If necessary, add the required amount of liquid required.
13. Firmly insert the dipstick.
