2. Remove the wheel. |
3. Remove the dust cap. |
| 4. Turn the brake drum and make sure there is no jamming of the brakes. |
| 5. Tighten the nut bearings. Torque: 25-29 N ??? m |
6. Loosen the nut so that the bearings can be turned by hand. Before determining the bearing preload, measure the amount of force on the seal ring to be added to the desired tightness. |
7. Measure the amount of force generated by the sealing ring. |
8. Measure the time of rotation of the brake drum at the beginning of rotation of the drum, and record the value. |
| 9. Add the amount of force generated by the seal ring in the previous step to the value of 2,6-8,5 N. The resulting value is regarded as a standard bearing preload. |
10. Slowly turn the nut until the standard bearing preload. |
| 11. Hammer nut fillet into a groove axis |
12. Install the dust cap. |
13. Install the wheel. Torque: 88-118 N ??? m |
