Oil pump

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil from the engine.
3. Remove the toothed timing belt.
	4. Remove the oil pan and maslozabornuyu tube with a strainer.
5. Remove the generator.
6. Remove the air conditioning compressor and the air conditioning compressor bracket.
7. Remove the pulley bolt crankshaft toothed belt.
8. Remove the toothed belt pulley with the crankshaft.
	9. Remove the oil pump bolts.
10. Remove the oil pump to the engine block.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Apply a continuous bead of sealant on the mating surface of the oil pump. After applying the sealant must install pallet no more than 5 minutes.
2. Apply engine oil to sealing lip of the new O-ring and install it in the case of the oil pump.
	3. Install the oil pump and fix bolts. Tightening torque: 19-26 N ??? m
4. Establish a pulley of a gear belt on the crankshaft and fasten the bolt. Tightening torques: 156,8-166,6 N ??? m
5. Install the bracket and the air conditioning compressor air conditioning compressor and fix bolts.
6. Install the generator.
7. Install maslozabornuyu tube with strainer and sump.
8. Install toothed timing belt.
9. Fill the engine with the required amount of engine oil required.
;	10. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
11. Start up the engine and check for oil leaks.
12. Check the engine oil level and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
