Repair of the oil pump
Oil pump 1 - a cover of the pump; 2 - the outer rotor; 3 - the inner rotor;

Dismantling PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. a flat-blade screwdriver, wrap a cloth, remove the O-ring. | | 2. Remove the seven screws and remove the oil pump cover. | 3. Remove the outer and inner rotors from the oil pump. |

Check PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check and, if necessary, replace the following parts: - Deformed or damaged housing and / or the oil pump; - Worn or damaged piston; - Weakened or broken spring. | | 2. The metal ruler and a feeler gauge, measure the side clearance of the rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible lateral clearance of the oil pump rotors: 0.18 mm | | 3. The probe measure the gap between the teeth of the rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible backlash between the teeth of the rotors of the oil pump: 0.18 mm
| | 4. The probe measure the gap between the outer rotor and the body of the oil pump. Maximum permissible backlash between an external rotor and oil pump housing: 0.376 mm |

Assembly PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the outer and inner rotors in the oil pump housing. | 2. Apply a thin coat of sealant to the threads of cap screws. | | 3. Install the oil pump cover and screw. Tightening torques: 6-9N ??? m
| 4. Apply engine oil to sealing lip of the new seal ring and O-ring slot .. | | 5. Install the seal ring into the housing of the oil pump so that the end of the sealing ring projects from the housing of the pump to 0.5-1.0 mm. |
