PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
	2. Drain the oil from the engine.
	3. Remove the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment.
	4. Turn out bolts and remove a reception exhaust pipe.
	5. Remove the oil pan mounting bolts.
	6. An edge of a flat screwdriver or a crowbar separate the oil pan from the engine block.
A warning Do not insert tools between the oil pan and the cylinder block, as you can easily damage the mating surfaces. Also, when you remove the old sealant not to damage interfaced surfaces of the oil pan and the engine block.
	7. Remove the bolts and remove maslozabornuyu tube with a strainer.

If the oil pan is used repeatedly, remove any foreign material from the mating surfaces of oil pan and cylinder block. If the oil pan mounting bolts are re-used, clean the remnants of the old sealant from the bolt threads.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Set maslozabornuyu tube with a strainer and a new lining and fix bolts. Tightening torques: 7.8-11.8 N ??? m
	2. Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the mating surface of the oil pan. Around the bolt holes sealant placed on the inner side. After applying the sealant must install pallet no more than 5 minutes.
	3. Install the oil pan to the engine block and tighten bolts. Tightening torques: Screws A, B, C, D: 7,8-11,8 N ??? m Bolts E: 38-51 N ??? m
	4. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and fix bolts. Tightening torques: And Bolts: 40,2-54,9 N ??? m The Bolts: 69-94 N ??? m Bolts From: 20,6-27,4 N ??? m
	5. Install the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment and fix bolts. Tightening torques: 18-24 N ??? m
6. Fill the engine with the required amount of the required engine oil.
	7. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
8. Start up the engine and check for oil leaks.
9. Check the engine oil level and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
