Fuel injectors
Faulty nozzles may cause severe detonation in the cylinders of the engine and as a result, damage to the liners crankshaft bearing. If you have any signs of detonation leave the engine running at idle and in turn loosen the union nut of fastening of pipelines to the fuel injectors. If loosening nut knocking disappears, it indicates a problem with the nozzles. The fault injector can be determined consistently weakening union nuts and a fast idle (at warming up the engine). If after loosening nut the engine speed of the engine is not changed, this indicates a malfunction nozzle. The nozzle can be checked on the stand, creating a pressure of 135 bar. The first signs of working nozzles appear as follows: - False fire in the engine cylinders; - Knocking in one or more cylinders of the engine; - Engine overheating; - Reduction of engine power; - Excessively heavy black smoke; - Increase in fuel consumption.
Withdrawal Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Cleaner diesel fuel, or gently clean the outside of the tube fuel supply and return.
A WARNING When you disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery is erased the memory of electronic storage devices, such as a radio receiver code. |

Unscrew the union nuts on the fuel pump and high-pressure nozzles and remove the tube set (Fig. 4.25)
A WARNING Do not break the form of bending tubes. |
Remove the fuel injectors and place them in the same order in which they were installed on the engine.
A WARNING In the combustion chamber through the holes for the injectors must not be exposed to dirt. |
Each hole of the fuel injector is wavy gasket and washer, which must be replaced.
Needle nozzles must not be knocked out and rough landing sites. Wooden spatula, remove carbon from the nozzles.
A WARNING In no case do not clean the nozzle and nozzle needle wire, needle files or sandpaper. Do not confuse the details of different nozzles. |
Setting

Install four new nozzle gasket and four wavy washer (Fig. 4.26).
A WARNING Observe the installation position of the undulating pads. |
Replace the fuel injector, and tighten them to a torque of 65 Nm.
A WARNING Tightening fuel injectors point exceeding the required may result in deformation, hang needles and other damage. |

Connect the fuel return pipe with new gaskets and tighten nuts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nm (see. Fig. 4.22). All nozzles slightly loosen the union nut of fastening of tubes of high pressure. Rotate the crankshaft of the engine starter to exit the fuel tubes without air bubbles. Tighten the union nut torque. Set the air supply pipe and the channel cavity. Attach the wire to the negative terminal of the battery. If there are clock, set the time and enter the security code radio.
