Check and replacement of elements

THROTTLE BODY

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the operation of the connecting mechanism throttle. Check that the throttle is fully opened.
2. Inspect the throttle body for wear or deposits.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air supply pipe. Disconnect the accelerator cable.
2. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
3. Disconnect connecting the throttle position sensor.
4. Remove the four mounting screws and remove the throttle body and gasket.
5. Clean the throttle body, and blow all channels.
6. Installation is spent upside-down removals. Tighten the mounting bolts to the required torque.

IRIS AIR VALVE adjusting the air supply (only models with an engine capacity of 1.8 L)

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the stroke of the diaphragm. It should gradually rise and opusktsya.
2. Check the flow of vacuum on the diaphragm and the diaphragm work.

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR

Terminal locations throttle position sensor on the models after 1995 of release

On models 1990-1994 of release between the lower terminal of the sensor should not be conductivity.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the probe thickness:
a) On models 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission - 0.6 mm;
b) On models 1990-1994 of release with a manual gearbox - 1.0 mm;
c) On models after 1995 of release - 1.3 mm
between the locking screw and locking the throttle lever (arrow).
2. Check that the sensor between terminals had no conductivity.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect ohmmeter to terminals lower the throttle position sensor.
2. Unscrew the two screws of the sensor (indicated by arrows).
3. Insert the probe to a specified thickness between the locking screw and locking lever:
a) On models 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission - 0.25 mm;
b) On models 1990-1994 of release with a manual gearbox - 0.4 mm;
c) On models after 1995 of release - 0.15 mm.
4. Turn the sensor clockwise by 30 ?, and then turn it back so that the conductivity appeared.
5. Insert the dipstick and check the specified thickness to the conductivity was not:
a) On models 1990-1994 of release with an automatic transmission - 0.4 mm;
b) On models 1990-1994 of release with a manual gearbox - 0.7 mm;
c) On models since 1995 year - 0.5 mm.
6. If the conductivity is present, re-adjust the sensor.
7. Tighten the two mounting screws.
8. If the sensor can not be adjusted, replace it.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a connection socket, turn off fixing screws and replace the sensor.
2. Adjust the new sensor.

Fuel Pressure Regulator

Check

See subsection 5.2.4.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the hose from the regulator.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the regulator from the fuel reservoir.
3. At installation use a new sealing ring.
4. Install the fuel pressure regulator:
and - control dvleniya
b - fuel tube
1. Properly
2. Wrong
3. Wrong

Control valve supplying air to the idling mode

A warning

To adjust the idle speed is necessary to address to experts.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the engine speed has increased to about 1200 rev / min when disconnecting the valve. If the speed does not increase, replace the valve.
2. Disconnect the connection of the valve and measure the resistance between the terminals of the valve.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the throttle body.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the valve and gasket.
3. Installation is spent upside-down removals. Use a new gasket.

Fuel manifold and injectors

Check

See subsection 5.2.11.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect hoses from the crankcase ventilation system of the cylinder head and intake manifold.
2. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect the hoses.
3. Unscrew the fixing screws of the air valve (indicated by arrows).
4. Remove the air valve.
5. Mark injectors and connection sockets. Release clips harness injectors.
6. Disconnect the connection injectors.
7. Disconnect the hose from the pressure regulator and the fuel manifold.
8. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by arrows), fastening the fuel manifold to the intake manifold.
9. Remove the fuel manifold with aavtomobilya.
10. Number the injectors.
11. Remove the injectors.
12. Remove the O-ring.
13. Remove the plug on top of the injector.
14. Remove the insulators from the hole in the intake manifold.
15. Installation is spent upside-down removals.

COVER AIR SUPPLY

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses.
2. Remove the throttle body.
3. Turn off the top fixing bolts / nuts (indicated by arrows).
4. Turn off the bottom fixing bolt (arrow).
5. Remove the cover.

Setting

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
