Brake disk



Inspection

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake caliper.
2. Inspect the disc surface for scratches or damage. If the depth of scratches greater than 0.3 mm, the disc must be restored.
3. Check the disc runout using a dial gauge.
4. If the disc in the order, treat the disc with sandpaper.
5. Check the disc thickness and difference in thickness between different portions of the disk. Replace the brake disc if necessary.

A warning

Minimum thickness of the brake disc is usually indicated on the disc.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removing the brake disc front wheels turn off fixing bolts (arrows).
2. Remove the caliper mounting bracket.
3. If the fixing bolts of the brake disc is not unscrewed, use the special screwdriver.
4. If the brake disc is not removed, tighten the two screws in the specially provided holes and tighten them to remove the brake disc.

Setting

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
