Brake pads drum brakes




A warning

Always replace brake pads simultaneously on both wheels. Use caution when working with the brake dust containing asbestos, which is dangerous for health.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the rear wheels.
2. Remove the brake drum. If it is not removed, tighten the bolt with a diameter of 8 mm at the scheduled opening to press the drum.
3. Turn off a fixing nut and remove the rear wheel hub.
4. Clean the brake mechanism from dust and dirt.
5. Push the clamping spring, turn the pin and remove the spring.
6. Remove the upper return spring from front brake pads.
7. Disconnect the regulator and the bottom returnable spring from front brake pads.
8. Remove the pressure spring rear brake pads.
9. Remove the rear brake pad and remove the recoil spring.
10. Disconnect the regulator from the spring pads.
11. Remove pins pinch springs.
12. Remove the cable from the handbrake lever on the rear brake pads.
13. Lubricate the location of the brake pads with high temperature grease.
14. Release the retaining clip with a screwdriver.
15. Set the handbrake lever to the new block.
16. Reinstall pins pinch springs.
17. Connect the cable to the handbrake lever.
18. Connect the return spring to the rear brake pads.
19. Replace the back panel tomoznuyu block on the brakes.
20. Install the clamp on the pin pressing spring.
21. Attach the bottom returnable spring in the rear brake pads.
22. Install the front brake pads in place, connect the lower return spring and set the pressure spring.
23. Connect the return spring to the top of the front brake pads.
24. twist knob handbrake in order to reduce the distance between the brake pads before installing the brake drum.
25. Inspect the brake drum for cracks, scratches and wear. Check the diameter of the brake drum.

26. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
