A WARNING
The steering wheel and the airbag
Even for the transportation and storage of airbags (NPB), there are strict requirements, as well as in relation to the workplace, where they performed the removal and installation. The reason is in the gasifier, which in the event of a second crash actuates therein solid explosive and fills the airbag (Fig. 7.19). Due to the fact that the BNP is subject to the law on explosives in the workplace, in the serial installation of the airbag activated only by trained personnel, and mechanics in the workshop repair the BNP have special qualifications. In view of this, we strongly recommend to abandon any self-repair the driver and passenger airbag. This also applies to tuning work, for example, when the steering wheel is finished with wood or leather. Working with the BNP - in any case, the problem for the workshop.

PRACTICAL ADVICE
Measurements car
To achieve optimum running characteristics and minimum tire wear can only be perfect adjustment of the wheels. The necessary measurements can not be carried out without special optical measuring equipment. Therefore, to measure the parameters of the car and suspension geometry is recommended to find a special workshop. Such verification is required in the following cases:
1. After a large body work.
2. Repaired units front and rear suspensions.
3. With increased and uneven tire wear.
4. In case of insufficient stability of the car.
