Fuel filter
Replacement of the fuel filter "90 000 km every 4 years" 1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the power steering brakes.

2. Remove the filter cartridge (Fig. 4.90) using a strap wrench (eg oil filter), unscrew the large nut on top. 3. Remove the cartridge filter (can not be disposed of with household waste! Dispose in special places). 4. Insert a new cartridge and screw with a new seal. 5. Tighten the bolt and cartridge.
Check the fuel strainer Depending on the operating conditions is necessary every 30 000 km to check the coarse filter for damage and cleaned if necessary. Usually enough every 90 000 km or every 4 years to replace the filters coarse and fine.

2. Bend the mounting plate and remove the fuel feed pipe. 3. Remove the filter from the housing of the fuel filter. 4. Dirty filters wash or blow gently.
