Removing and installing intake manifold



Removing the intake manifold - enough time-consuming operation. Many of her steps described below only briefly, to clarify those or other details please refer to the relevant sections of the manual. To remove the intake manifold, proceed as follows:
- Remove the mixing chamber;
- Disconnect fittings crankcase ventilation system;
- To disconnect the fuel lines attachment, loosen them carefully, without bending, move aside;
- Disconnect the cable of a drive pedal;
- Disconnect the cable of a drive pedal by pedal position sensor "gas" (in a car with an automatic gearbox);
- Disconnect draft from the fuel control lever of the injection pump regulator;
- Disconnect draft from the switching lever (during a cruise control);
- Unscrew the oil dipstick guide tube from the intake manifold;
- Remove the intake manifold gasket and manifold support. Before installing, thoroughly clean the back surface of the flange of the reservoir and replace the gasket;
- When replacing the intake manifold to remove all associated components and install them on the new collector.
Installation is performed in reverse order. The collector of the cylinder head Bolt 23 N ?� m.
