Diagnosis of an electronic system with automatic air conditioning (AC)



Diagnostic codes in addition to the special scanner can be read from the display control unit KV. Fault codes are retained even if the battery is disconnected.

Read Codes

Switch on the ignition;

Turn the temperature selection knob to HI and LO left right;

Within 20 seconds after the transfer arms simultaneously press and hold the button for 5 seconds REST and EC;

RECIRCULATION key LED starts to flash and the display shows OFF.

Press the right AUTO button for more than 1 sec. If the fault memory is not fixed, the left side of the display will be E, as the right FF. Otherwise, the left side is displayed Ebl, and the right - a fault code (see the list below HF);

To display the next fault code, click AUTO;

To erase codes after they complete the reading, press the left and right AUTO button for more than 2 seconds. In the left part of the display is indicated by d, in the right-FF;

When you right AUTO button is restored erased codes (compare with the codes previously recorded);

After removal of the codes in the left part of the display indicated by E, the right FF;

Set the temperature selection knob to the normal position;

Switch off the ignition.
