Removal and installation of the air filter

Engine 112

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the upper trim both engine air filter box and the holder.
2. Remove the left and right corrugated hoses.
3. Remove the bottom of the filter caps with the cylinder head.
4. Release the suction pipe from the executive body of the throttle.
5. Remove the bottom of the air filter to the suction pipe from the engine.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the lower part of the air filter to the suction pipe.
2. Install the suction pipe from the executive body of the throttle and secure.
Pre-lubricate the seal is the executive body of a thin layer of grease.

3. Apply a thin layer of grease on the rubber elements of the cylinder head cover. Press the bottom of the air filter support.
4. Install the hoses.
5. Install the top trim of the engine and the two upper parts of the air filter.

Diesel engines

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top cover of the engine, address to Section Removal and installation of the engine cover.
2. Disconnect the connector of the air mass meter.
3. Disconnect the air intake hose from the air filter.
4. Disconnect the connection hose from the pulsation damper.
5. Remove the top part of the air filter.
6. Remove the filter element.
7. Remove the lower part of the air filter, thus pay attention to the position of washers on the motor side.

Setting

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
