PERFORMANCE ORDER

Self-bolts and nuts be sure to replace with new ones.

Operation lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore, prior to the operation to check out the Poddomkrachivanie and towing Introduction to management.

1. Lift and establish the car on supports.
2. Remove the rear part of the exhaust system, refer to Section Removal, installation and inspection of the exhaust system tightness.

3. Remove the mounting screws and remove the thermofilter (1).

4. The diesel engine: Remove the lower trim of the vehicle.
5. Manual transmission: Remove the rib rigidity from the central gear unit.
6. AT: Disconnect the rib rigidity (2). (3) - propeller shaft.

7. Remove the bolts (1) and remove the front propeller shaft from the transaxle. This coupling must stay on the propeller shaft. For the propeller shaft was not turned, hold the strap wrench.

8. Remove the rear propeller shaft from the main gear. This flange must remain on the propeller shaft.

9. Loosen the guides in the flanges of the propeller shaft by means of a cylindrical punch (R = 10 - 12 mm, length = about 150 mm).

Bring a support under the propeller shaft so that it is not bent when removing a large angle. Otherwise, in particular, in the constant velocity joint can be crushed housings.

10. Remove the bolts of the intermediate support, holding it against rotation. If necessary, remove the bolts with washers. When you install, you must install them on former places.

11. Remove the propeller shaft from the spigot at a checkpoint on the main transmission flange and remove the shaft back.

16 Secure the rear propeller shaft to the main gear identified in the specification effort.
17 Secure the front propeller shaft to the CAT listed in the Specifications efforts.
AT 18: Secure the front edge of the stiffness torque 23Nm.
19 Manual transmission: Secure cross rib rigidity to the central unit switching torque 23Nm.
20 Diesel: Replace the lower trim of the vehicle.
21 Secure the heat shield. If necessary, replace the nut.
