Removal and installation of the front suspension springs



Replacement suspension springs must be done in pairs for each axis!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Detach propeller shaft from the coupling flange the drive pinion and tie it to the frame.
  1. Expand the front wheels fully to the left and remove the frame from the diagonal bar.
  1. Disconnect the vent line.
  1. Disconnect the brake line and wiring hydraulic wear indicator

  1. Cock a lay brake, Front Axle Poddomkratte, then start the backup for the trailing arm bracket.

  1. Release of the lower leg telescopic shock absorber (see. Section Removal, check and installation of the front shock absorbers).

  1. Lower the front axle and remove the coil springs.

The need for full squeezing the ball Tie Rod absent.

  1. If necessary, remove the rubber buffer inserts.

  1. Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that the ends of the rod springs hit the persistent deepening in the lower trays.

Replacement springs should have the same color coding as the original.
