Removing and installing trailing arm suspension



Details of the installation of the trailing arm front suspension

1 - Trailing
2 - Frame
3 - Bridge
4 - Anti-roll bar

5 - Connecting rod steering gear
6 - castellated nut

Attachment of the steering damper to the connecting rod

7 - Nut


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the nut (7) securing the steering damper to the connecting rod.
  2. Otboltite trailing arm (1) of the bridge (3).
  3. Otboltite from the lever (1) strut stabilizer bar (4) (see. Section Removal and installation of the front anti-roll bar).
  4. Remove the cotter pin and release the castellated nut (6) fixing the connecting tie rod (5) to the pivot arm.
  5. Extract the rod (5) of the pivot arm.
  6. Remove the trailing arm (1).
  7. Installation is in the reverse order.
