Anti-roll bar



Attaching the stabilizer bar on the bottom side of the car. Rod left the car with fuel-injected engine

Fastening the stabilizer bar on the ball bearing on the model with injection engine can be seen in (positions 5 through 7). On models with the carburettor engine Connect the bar shown in the The illustration above shows another mounting the stabilizer bar. When removing, proceed as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Replace the front part of the car on supports.
  2. . Loosen the connecting rod stabilizer in accordance with the illustration of the mount upper arm or mount the anti-roll on carbureted models.
  3. Unscrew the two clamp stabilizer on the left and right sides of the bar and remove stabilizer from the front side of the body. The illustration shows the mounting points in the case of fixed injection engine. Immediately after removing the check stabilizer and both mounting clamp. The stabilizer has a color marking and mounting clamps his lips should be in line with colored lines. The mounting clamps are open on one side. This side should face the rear of the vehicle.
Anti-roll bar is attached to the suspension in locations indicated by the arrows.

  2. Slide the mounting clamps and rubber feet, in accordance with the above instructions and screw clamps. While not tighten the bolts.
  3. When installing the steering rod ball joint insert and tighten to finger lying at right angles to the bar. Do not distort the hinge. Tighten the nuts with the joint effort of 41 - 51 N ??? m.
  4. When tightening the nut (5) (see. or nuts (4) on the set the spanner on the hexagon, roughly in the middle of the bar, as shown in section (A) (see. Illustration below), so it does not rotate.
When tightening the nuts to hold the stabilizer bar, as shown in portion "A".
  1. When the car will once again stand on wheels, tighten the mounting clamps.
