Final oxidation exhaust system

Final oxidation exhaust system provides reduction of emissions of hydrocarbons and CO by the injection of filtered air into the exhaust manifold. Before getting gas converter is their further oxidation. The system consists of a solenoid valve.

To check the functioning of the solenoid valve is recommended to remove (cm. Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When the power supply (12V) air must pass freely through the union of A and B.
2. If the result is negative, the valve must be replaced.
3. Remove the air ejection valve (cm. 4. When blowing through the nozzle into the air should not be held. If choke And to create a vacuum, the air must pass from B to C in the opposite direction (from C to B) air passes must not under any circumstances (A - a vacuum hose from the solenoid valve, In - a hose from the air filter, C - the exhaust manifold).
5. If the result is negative, the valve must be replaced.

SOLENOID VALVE

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The solenoid valve is screwed into the left part of the suction collector.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect the connector.
3. Designate the order of attachment of the hoses.
4. Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect the hoses.
5. Remove the valve from the bracket.
6. Installation is performed in reverse order.

AIR VALVE ejection

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The air ejection valve is mounted on the left cap suspension.
2. To replace the valve, disconnect the hoses (indicated by arrows).
3. Remove the bolts and remove the valve.
4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

CORRECTION IDLE

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter cover. The valve (s) for correcting the idling (arrow) is mounted in the bottom of the filter housing.
2. Prepare a thermometer and a hair dryer. Heat valve hairdryer. The valve should be closed at a temperature below 55 ? C, slightly opened in the range 55-65 ? C and is completely opened at temperatures above 65 ? C. If the valve 2 is provided, the temperature characteristics of the valve are the same, and the second valve is closed at a temperature below 65 ? C and reopened in the range 65-75 ? C and is completely opened at temperatures above 75 ? C at full cooling of the valve must be closed completely.
3. At negative results of check replace the valve.

Replacement valve correction

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect the hose, loosen the screws and remove the valve.
3. The valve is installed in reverse order.

PNEVMOAMORTIZATOR

Check

When pushed stock pnevmoamortizatora resistance should be felt, and when you release the rod should quickly return to the starting position.

Otherwise pnevmoamortizator replace.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On gasoline engines, unscrew the 2 screws and remove the valve from the carburetor.
2. injection engines Remove the nut and remove the valve from an arm of the throttle body.
3. Set pnevmoamortizator in reverse order and check the adjustment. On a warm engine stock pnevmoamortizatora should come into contact with the adjusting screw at 1900 ? 200 rev / min. To adjust, unscrew the lock nut and set screw in the right position at the specified speed, check the adjustment again.
