Recycling system
The system comprises recirculation valve, check valve and control valve thermovacuum (TBP).
Check for gasoline engines
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. To check the disconnect hoses from the valves and purge the air must pass freely through the hoses. | 2. Check the TBP is described in Section 6.4.1.1.2. | 3. To check the EGR valve, disconnect the vacuum hose at the top. Connect auxiliary hose in it and create a vacuum. Check the progress of the diaphragm, putting a finger to the bottom of the valve. If the diaphragm is fixed, the valve replace. | 4. If TBP is OK, check the check valve. To do this, warm up the engine and disconnect the vacuum hose from EGR valve. Put a finger to the hose, dramatically increase and reset the engine speed. With increasing rpm the vacuum hose should be felt, which should weaken slightly when dropped turns. Otherwise, replace the check valve. |

Check for injection engines
Inspection procedure is the same as in the carburettor engine, except that instead of TBP checked the solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve is no different from the valve petrol vapor recovery system and verified in the same (see. subsection 6.4.1.1.2).
Recirculation valve
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. recirculation valve on the fuel-injected engine (arrow) is mounted on the left side of the suction manifold. To gain access to the valve is recommended to remove the air filter and check valve. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the valve. | 2. Loosen the nuts and remove the tube fittings recycling and non-return valve. | 3. Remove the 2 nuts, remove the valve and gasket. |
|
CHECK VALVE
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. The valve is mounted in the left part of the suction collector (1 - screws 2 - Vacuum hoses). To gain access to the valve is recommended to remove the air filter. | 2. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the valve. | 3. Rotate the 2 screws and remove the valve. | 4. The valve is installed in reverse order. |

TBP TO carburettor engines
Replacement See. Subsection 6.4.1.1.2.
Solenoid valve injection engines
Replacement See. Section 6.4.1.1.2. SENSOR CONTROL EXHAUST
Check for gasoline engines
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Adjust the quality of a mix of idling. | 2. Click the diagnostic connector, which is located under the fuse holder. | | 3. Connect a voltmeter to the connector terminals. | 4. Start the engine, bring the engine speed to 2000 rev / min for 2 minutes, observe the voltmeter. With proper gauge voltmeter should be five times vary from 0 to 12 for each 10 seconds. Otherwise, the sensor is defective and require more accurate test in the service of car-care center. |

Check for injection engines
If the CO content in the exhaust gas exceeds the norm, it is necessary to check the serviceability of the exhaust gas sensor, using the self-processing unit.
CONVERTER
Replacement See. Subsection 6.1.14 and subsection 6.2.16.
