A warning

Drain the liquid from the cooling system and open the expansion tank cap only when engine is cold, to avoid burns.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Open the valve of a heater, which a crane arm on the instrument panel heater set to "Heat".
2. At engines in working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l disconnect outlet hose 17 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3) from the pipe 13. Remove the radiator expansion tank cap 8 6.
3. At engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 liter diesel engine and disconnect a hose 18 (see Fig. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,6 and 1,8) from the cover 5 (see. Fig. Details of the cooling system of engines in working volume 1,6 and 1,8 liters), thermostat socket and 2 hose from the water pump. 7 Remove the plug (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 liters) to the surge tank 6.
4. After all of the liquid will merge, connect hoses.
5. Pour fresh liquid in a broad tank to the mark "max". Install the surge tank cap.
6. Start the engine. If the fluid level has dropped, top up the fluid.
7. Warm up the engine before turning on the fan. Switch off the engine.
8. Check the coolant level after the engine cools down.
