Turbocharger



Turbocharger
1 - a collar;
2 - duct from the air filter;
3 - the turbocharger;
4 - tube drainage of the oil from the turbocharger;
5 - an arm;
6 - a nut;
7 - bolt tube;
8 - spring clamp fastening of a reception exhaust pipe;
9 - a sealing ring;
10 - exhaust pipe;
11 - a lining;
12 - a tube of oil supply to the turbocharger;
13 - air duct to the intake pipe of the engine;
14 - hose clip crankcase ventilation

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove the four screws and remove the turbocharger outlet pipe 10.
3. Unscrew the nut oil tube 12 and pick up the phone.
4. loosen the clamps 1, remove the duct 13.
5. Disconnect the hose from the duct 2 crankcase ventilation, loosen the clamp 14.
6. Loosen clamps 1, remove the duct 2.
7. Unscrew the four screws on the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger push.
8. Loosen the nut at the crankcase 6 and nut bracket 5.
9. Remove turbocharger.
10. Unscrew the two screws from the bottom of the turbocharger 7 and remove the tube 4 with a lining.

Install the turbocharger in reverse order. Bolts tighten the turbocharger 70 Nm (7.0 kgf ?� m), and the nuts of the discharge pipe 10 - 25 N ?� m (2.5 kgf ?� m). Before connecting the tube 12 to fill the turbocharger oil supply oil through the hole connecting tube 12. After installing the turbocharger to start the engine and let it run at idle to fill all the oil channels. It is forbidden to immediately increase the speed, because this can lead to failure of the turbocharger.
