| 1. Check the clearance between the gear 15 3rd gear and the locking ring 14 and between the gear 8 4th gear and the locking ring 10. This locking ring is inserted into the cone and the corresponding gear probe to measure the distance between them (see. Fig. Measurement gap between the gear and the locking ring). Gap "a" should be equal to 1.1-1.7 mm Maximum permissible backlash - 0.5 mm. |
| 2. Lubricate the needle bearing 16 (see. Fig. A primary shaft) and install it on the shaft 4. |
| 3. Set the gear March 15 th gear. |
| 4. Install the synchronizer blocking ring 14. |
| 5. Press on the synchronizer 13 so that the slot on the synchronizer hub has been directed towards a gear wheel of 4th transfer and synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring. |
| 6. Install the retaining ring 12 and the washer 11. |
| 7. To establish blocking ring 10, watching that synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring. |
| 8. Lubricate the needle bearing 9 and install it on the shaft 4. |
| 9. Install pinion August 4 th gear. |
| 10. Install the snap ring. |
