Arm front suspension



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the parking brake.
2. Loosen the wheel bolts.
3. Lift the front of the car and establish on support.
4. Remove the wheel.
5. Remove the stabilizer bar (if available, see. Subsection 9.1.6).
6. Remove the bolt 28 (see. Fig. The front suspension).
7. Knock easy blow down the arm ball joint 21 of the knuckle 27.
8. Remove the bolt 32.
9. Remove the bolt 16.
10. Remove the sleeve 14.
11. Remove the lever 15.
12. Clear the lever from dirt and check for deformation and cracks. If defects are found, the lever must be replaced.
13. Check the ball joint 21. If it is damaged, it must be replaced.
A warning

If the ball joint must be replaced, it is necessary to cut around its outline on the lever 15 for further installation of the new joint. If the lever is replaced by a new one, the ball joint mounted on the center longitudinal bolt holes of the lever.


14. Remove the screws 22 (if necessary to remove a ball joint).
15. Remove the plate 17 with bolts.
16. Check the bushing 14 and 31. If necessary, replace.
17. Remember the position of the sleeve 31 and extrude it from the arm 15 (if necessary, replacement).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the arm front suspension is carried out in reverse order.
2. Drive bush 31 (if it was changed).
3. Tighten the bolt torque of 32 130 Nm only after the installation of the car to the ground, shaking his car several times in an upright position and rolled it several times
forward and backward.
4. Perform the wheel alignment adjustment.
