Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the parking brake.
2. Loosen the wheel bolts.
3. Lift the front of the car and establish on support.
4. Remove the wheel.
5. Disconnect the ground (see. Subsection 7.2).
6. Pull the lever on the front axle stabilizer bar (if it exists. See subsection 9.1.6).
7. Press out the ball joint and tie rod to hang on the wire (see. Subsection 8.2).
8. Remove the caliper (see. Fig. The front suspension) 41 brakes and hang it on the wire (see. P. 11-12 sub-section 10.7).
9. Stroke the contour of the bracket 19 fixing the strut on the knuckle 27 for precise positioning of the further installation.
10. Remove nuts with fixed washers 20 and remove the two bolts 18 with fixed washers.
11. Remove the bolt 28 fastening the ball joint 21.
12. Remove the knuckle 27.

A warning

All the self-locking nuts replaced.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the knuckle 27.
2. Tighten the screws 28, with its head should be pointing toward the front of the vehicle.
3. Install the mounting bracket 19 to the previously made marks on the knuckle 27 and tighten the nut 20 95 N ?� m (or torque 80 Nm for nuts established until February 1990).
4. Install the brake caliper 41 (see. P. 9, sub-section 10.7).
5. To put on the new tie rod clamp 5 and 6 mud cover.
6. Tighten the inner ball joint 4 to a point made earlier in the thread of the rack 8, or at a distance of a = 70.5 mm (see. Fig. The steering mechanism).
7. Install the stabilizer bar (if available, see. Subsection 9.1.6).
8. Install the axle shaft (see. Subsection 7.2).
9. Install the wheel and lower the car to the ground.
10. Tighten wheel torque of 110 Nm.
11. Check the wheel alignment (see. Subsection 9.1.7).
