PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the magnetic switch 15 (see. Fig. Details starter) the output winding.
2. Remove the bolts 12 and remove the traction relay 15 Disengage the lever 23.
3. Remove bolts 1 and remove cover 3 and washer 4.
4. Remove the lock washer 5 and 6 shims.
5. Loosen the screws 32 and remove the cover 8.
6. Pull the brush out of the brush holder 27, 9 and remove the brush holder.
7. Remove the starter from the windings 25.
8. Raise the vehicle.
9. Unscrew the nut 21, remove the axis 24 of the lever and remove the lever 23.
10. To remove the rotor 26 with the drive 20 of the cover 10, it is necessary to put the rotor with the lid and vertically by using a tube of a suitable diameter as the mandrel knock protection ring 1 (see. Fig. Removal of the rotor) with two spring rings.
11. Remove the snap ring 2 and remove the cover of the rotor 4.
12. Clamp the rotor 26 (see. Fig. Details starter) in a vice and remove the drive shaft of the rotor assembly 20. The actuator can not be disassembled. If it is defective, it should be replaced.
