Removing the starter



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
Manual Transmission
2. Disconnect the wires from the starter, having marked them, for example, a colored adhesive tape.
3. Remove the three bolts securing the starter using a key with slots.
4. Remove the starter
Automatic transmission
5. Unscrew the upper bracket bolts.
6. Put the parking brake.
7. Lift the front of the car and establish on support.
8. Disconnect the floor flange of the half-line from the starter (see. Subsection 7.2).
9. Unscrew the nuts of insulation screen.
10. Loosen the lower bracket bolts and slide the insulating shield back to remove it.
11. Disconnect the wires from the terminals 30 and 50 starter.
12. Turn the steering wheel to the right.
13. Disconnect bracket from starter heat shield, take back axle shaft and remove the bracket up.
14. Turn the starter gear up and remove it from below between motor and axis.
