The device carburetor shown in Fig. 5.1.
A WARNING If the carburetor is removed during disassembly economizer 12 power state, it must be replaced. |
Check the solenoid valve 5 (Fig. 5.1) in the following order: - Disconnect the solenoid valve electrical connector; - Connect the one end of the valve pin and the other end to the positive terminal of the battery, thus should be heard crackling; - If there is no cod - the valve must be replaced. Gap adjusting the choke in the following order:
| Fig. 5.2. Speed control motor starting carburetor PIERBURG 2EZ: 1 - cam air damper; 2 - the screw of adjustment of the speed of the engine start-up
|
- Open the throttle to the first chamber and turn the cam 1 (Fig. 5.2) of the air damper so that the screw 2 speed control start-up ended at the highest cam lobe;
| Fig. 5.3. Backlash check the choke carburetor PIERBURG 2EZ: 1 - hole for clearance adjustment of the air damper; 2 - Drill
|
- Through the hole 1 (Fig. 5.3) with a screwdriver, slide up to the stop rod pneumatic air damper; - Measure the gap between the choke and the neck, it should be 2.0 (0.1 mm. The gap can be measured by a drill of 2 mm diameter; - If the gap differs from specified, insert a screwdriver into the hole 1 and turning the adjusting screw to adjust the gap. Adjust the accelerator pump in the following order: - Remove the carburetor; - Remove the cover of the carburettor; - Fill the fuel float chamber and replace the cover of the carburettor;
| Fig. 5.4. Adjusting the carburetor accelerator pump PIERBURG 2EZ: 1 - the screw; 2 - accelerator pump cam
|
- Turn the cam 2 (Fig. 5.4), so that it does not touch the screw 1; - Put a carburetor measuring beaker with a funnel; - Holding the cam in position 2 and rotate the throttle valve of the first chamber from stop to stop 10 times, spending 1 with each stroke and then soaking pause 3, thereby resulting in the action of the accelerating pump; - Measure the amount of fuel in the beaker and divide by 10, the result corresponds to the amount of fuel supplied to the accelerating pump for one cycle. This value should be 1,0 ? 0,15 cm3; - If the obtained value is different from the above, it is necessary to adjust the performance of the accelerator pump: - Loosen the screw 1 (see. Fig. 5.4) and turn the cam 2. When you turn the cam in the direction of "A" proizvodlitelnost pump increases towards the "B" - is reduced; - Tighten the screw 1 and lock paint. Check the automatic starting device is performed in the following order: - Disconnect the device from the connection pads; - Connect to a wire of the lamp unit; - The second wire lamps connect to the positive terminal of the battery - lamp should illuminate; - If the lamp is not lit, then the starter is faulty and must be replaced
A WARNING Make sure that the label on the cover and the housing of the starting device match. |
Adjust the throttle priotkryvaniya second camera in the following order:
| Fig. 5.5. Adjusting the throttle valve of the second chamber of the carburettor PIERBURG 2EZ: 1 - throttle lever; 2 - stop screw; 3 - emphasis. The arrow shows the wooden rod
|
fully open the throttle of the first chamber and lock it in place with wooden rod (Fig. 5.5); - Turn the lever 1 so that the throttle valve of the second chamber is closed; - Remove the stop screw 2 so that it does not touch the stop 3; - Tighten the screw 2 until it touches the stop 3, and then tighten it another quarter turn; - Tighten the screw 2 paint; - Remove the rubber band and remove the wooden rod, both valves must be closed; - Measure the clearance "A" and "B": the gap "A" shall be 0,4 ? 0,1 mm, the gap "B? - 1,0 ? 0,1 mm; - If the gaps are different from the above, adjust it, bending the ends of the fork arm 1. Check pneumatic air damper in the following order: - Remove the air filter; - Start the engine and leave it idling; - Hand gently closes the air to the point where you feel a noticeable resistance. At this time, the gap between the choke and the neck should be about 4 mm; - If there is no resistance, check the vacuum hoses for cracks; - If the whole hose, connect the pneumatic drive Vacuum gauge and a vacuum pump; - Create a negative pressure in the actuator 30 kPa; - If the actuator is normal, negative pressure should not fall during 2 minutes; - If the vacuum falls, then - the actuator is leaking and must be replaced.
| Fig. 5.6. Changing the gaps in the throttle actuator of the second chamber of the carburettor PIERBURG 2EZ: A - internal clearance; B - external gap
|
Checking the throttle actuator of the second chamber is performed in the following order: - Connect to the pneumatic drive Vacuum gauge and a vacuum pump; - Create a negative pressure in the actuator 5 kPa; - If the vacuum falls for 2 min, the actuator is sealed; - Otherwise replace the actuator. Adjust the speed of the engine start-up in the following order: - Remove the air filter and remove the vacuum hose 28 (see. Fig. 5.1); - Connect a tachometer to the engine control; - Start the engine and open the throttle until the first chamber of the engine speed about 2500 min-1; - Turn the cam 1 (see. Fig. 5.2) up to the stop; - Turn the throttle so that the adjusting screw 2 rested on the second highest ledge; - Check the tachometer on the control engine speed, it should be 2000 ? 100 min-1; - If the speed is different from the above, adjust the screw 2. Adjust the idle speed in the following order: - Turn off all energy consumers - lights, fan, radio, etc .; - Disconnect the hose from the air filter and ventilation stop it; - Connect the tachometer and control the analyzer; - Turn the cam 1 (see. Fig. 5.2), so that it does not touch the screw 2;

|
- Adjusting screw 1 (see. Fig. 5.7) the amount of the mixture, adjust the engine speed within 800 ? 50 min-1; - Adjusting screw of quality (structure) of the mixture set levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust 3,0 ? 0,5%. Carburetor adjustment of a cable in the following order: - Remove the locking bracket; - Press the accelerator pedal up to the stop and fix it in this position; - Press the lever 2 (see. Fig. 5.1), the throttle valve setting in the fully open position, and install the retaining clip into the stopper on the palm so that the throttle lever free play had no more than 1 mm.
