Fuel Level Sensor



A WARNING
The fuel level sensor must be removed in a well-ventilated area.

Removal and installation of the fuel level sensor in the following order:
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Remove the floor covering in the trunk;

- Disconnect the electric plug from the lid 9 (see. Fig. 5.12) of the fuel tank;
- Mark the location of the fuel hose fittings on the cover and remove them from unions;

- Unscrew the large flange nut 1 (see. Fig. 5.16);
- Remove the sensor from the tank, it does not bend the float arm 8;
- If in a tank mounted fuel pump, the sensor is removed together with the fuel supply pump.
Installation spend to sequences, return to removal.
