Checking and adjustment of the maximum engine speed (engine AAZ)
Check and adjust the maximum speed of the motor (AAZ) in the following order: Start the engine, tighten the hand brake and set the gear lever to the neutral position; for a few seconds, press the accelerator pedal all the way; Using a tachometer for diesel engines, check the maximum engine speed, which must be 5200 min-1;
A WARNING The engine at full throttle should work no more than 2-3 seconds. |

to adjust the maximum engine speed, loosen the locknut and turn the adjusting screw 1 (Fig. 5.82); After adjustment of the maximum engine speed, tighten the lock nut.
