Dismantling of the external hinge
As spare parts for the hinge supplied protective covers, washers, grease, nut and drive shaft snap rings. Dismantling of the external hinge sequence is as follows:

Mark the position of the hub relative to the body of the hinge; Turn the hub in the hinge housing and alternately pull each ball (Fig. 9.13). Lay the balls in order of their installation to follow proper re-installation;

- Turn the hinge separator so that two rectangular slots are aligned with the housing, then remove the separator and the hub (Fig. 9.14);

- Position the hub in the separator so that one of the hub parts included in one of the rectangular slots in the separator. Rotate the hub and pull it out of the separator (Fig. 9.15). The assembly of the external hinge sequence is as follows: - Clean all parts of the hinge and check their condition. If you have signs of wear or corrosion, replace the hinge assembly. - Apply 45 g of grease in the joint housing and install a separator with the hub. Sequentially insert the balls into the hub and using pre-made labels, make sure the hub in the separator housing and are installed properly. Install the new locking ring into the hub, then apply to the remainder of the joint housing grease (45 g).
