Front fender
Removal in the following order: - Hang out the car and fix it on a support post;

- Remove the wheel arch liner that attaches plastic pistons and screws (Fig. 16.9); - To improve access for lever arch liner wheels, remove the front wheel;

- Press down on the bumper around the front wing and remove the bolts (Fig. 16.10); - Is released at the bottom of the bumper can be used rubber wedges;
NOTE Be careful not to damage the paint. To avoid damage, place in the immediate vicinity of the bolts obkleyte tape. |

- Unscrew the two screws on the rear edge of the wheel arch (Fig. 16.11); - Unscrew the upper edge of the arch and gently remove the wing; - To separate the wing from the body protective soften the mastic with a hair dryer.
NOTE For vehicles with an opening roof, gutter does not pinch the hose. |
Before installing the wing in place, clean the mating surface and apply a zinc paste (VW AKI 381 035 50) in the attachment points of the wing to the wheel housing and the A-pillar.

Align the bolt holes and tighten the screws of the wing (Fig. 16.12).

When installing it is necessary to withstand even the required gap between the wing and the bonnet (Fig. 16.13).
