The front crossmember body



Removal in the following order:
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Disconnect electrical connectors from the headlights;
- Unscrew and remove the lock of a cowl panel;
- Loosen the bracket, disconnect the tank of the amplifier of brake system from the panel and remove it;
- Remove the air intake grille;
- Unscrew the two screws securing the panel to the upper edge of each side of the front fender;

Location tapping screws on the bottom of the front cross beam body

- Loosen the self-tapping screws (Fig. 16.8) securing the bottom panel;
- Remove the lower bolts on each side of the panel;
- Remove the panel.
Installation spend to sequences, return to removal.
Check the operation of the headlights, the bonnet latch and security.
Check the adjustment of the light headlights.
