Replacing the brake hose




A warning

Brake hoses may not be in contact with oil or fuel. You also can not cover the brake hoses varnish or other protective structures.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the bolts of the front wheel. Tighten a manual brake, then lift the front of the car and fix on supports. Remove the wheel.
2. In order to reduce the loss of brake fluid, remove the cap from popolnitelno first tank of brake system, close the mouth of a tank polyethylene and again screw cap. This is necessary in order to cover tightly closed popolnitelny tank.
3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the brake caliper.
4. Release the brake hose guide and bracket.
5. Clean the area around the brake hose couplings and loosen the brake hose. Close the holes in the caliper and the brake line suitable stoppers.

When installing, use the brake hoses recommended by the manufacturer.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the new brake hose, do not twist it and tighten the brake hose fittings torque 15 Nm.
2. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock, check that the brake hose moves freely and does not contact with the elements of the front suspension and bodywork.
3. Establish a support.
4. Remove the polyethylene filler popolnitelnogo tank and pump over a corresponding brake circuit.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car to the ground. Tighten the bolts in diagonal sequence the moment of 120 Nm.
