Adjusting drive the drive gear



NOTE
The initial conditions for the proper adjustment of the arm are the following:
- That all control and drive transmission gear.
- The drive gear is easy move.
- Gearbox, clutch and clutch must be in perfect condition.
Transmission should be set to the idle position.

Remove the air filter, if because he does not have access to the corner of A and the safety mechanism of a cable on and select the gear (Fig. 3.49).

The safety mechanism on the cable of the selector switch and the cable pull forward until it stops in the direction of the arrow 1 and then secure it with a deviation to the left in the direction of the arrow 2 (fig. 3.50).

Fixing shaft gear
Click on the selector shaft down (the direction of the arrow 1) (Fig. 3.49).
When pressed on the shift shaft, turn the corner in the direction of the arrow A 2-up, and at the same time gently push it in until it clicks into switching shaft.
Remove and place the cuff with a button switch and, if available, soundproofing.
Then lock the gear lever as follows.
Set the selector lever to idle.

Enter the lock through the hole in the hole in A (Fig. 3.51).
Then turn the safety mechanism on the cable and switch on the cable selector to right (direction of the arrow) (Fig. 3.50).
The spring returns the safety mechanism to its original position.
After that, return the area A to the original position (the arrow) (Fig. 3.49).
Remove the latch from the holes A and B (Fig. 3.51).
Remove and place the cuff with a button switch and soundproofing.
Install the air filter housing assembly if it was removed.

Functioning
The shift lever to idle position should be on the 3/4-th gear.
Actuate clutch.
Several times to go through all the transfer. Especially pay attention to the operation of the reverse lock.
If you re-enable transmission jamming occurs, adjust the required drive switch again.
