Removing and installing servopruzhiny
Withdrawal Remove the support bracket. Carefully tighten the clutch pedal at the bottom in a vise with protective jaws. Disconnect the clutch pedal from the master cylinder.
Remove servopruzhinu from the clutch pedal 1 and at the same time take away the support bracket in the direction of the arrow 2 (fig. 3.11). Carefully unclench compression spring clamp. Again, pull the support bracket to the original position and remove servopruzhinu.
Setting The clutch pedal is disconnected from the master cylinder. Carefully tighten the clutch pedal at the bottom in a vise with protective jaws. Set servopruzhinu in the support bracket.
Area A mounting stud clutch pedal should be positioned vertically (Fig. 3.12). Push puller in the middle of servopruzhiny and raise the support bracket. Squeeze servopruzhinu 1.
At the same time lower the support bracket 2 so that you can press to servopruzhinu landing neck A clutch pedal (Fig. 3.13).
ATTENTION Improperly installed servopruzhina pops out of the support bracket. Cover with a cloth spring. Check the operation of servopruzhiny. To do this a few times raise and lower the support bracket. |
Connect the clutch pedal and the master cylinder. Install the support bracket.
