Installing the drive gear

Install if necessary the air filter assembly.

Connect the battery earth cable.

NOTE

In the absence of the mounting screws can be used screw M8h35.

Lever clutch remove and install a release bearing

Remove the spring 1.

Remove the lever and clutch release bearing 2 (Fig. 3.27).

Install in the reverse order.

Squeeze the locking tabs on the back side of the release lever and remove the release bearing A (Fig. 3.28).

To install, insert the clutch A clutch lever until the latch.
