Minimization



General provisions
If radial and lateral runout of the disk and tire overlap, the runout increases.
100 percent accuracy of rotation is not possible due to technical features.
Before minimization of installed wheels on the car, you must carry out a trip to warm up the tires. This makes it possible to eliminate the presence of flattening.
The order of execution to minimize
Flat tire.
Press the tire bead from the rim flange.
Lubricate the tire bead tire fitting paste on the entire circumference.
Turn on bus 180 ?� relative to the disc.
Inflate the tire to about 4 bar.
Install the tire and wheel on the balancing machine.
Check the accuracy of the rotation for the presence of radial and lateral run-out.

NOTE
If the nominal value of the radial and lateral runout are not exceeded, the wheel can rebalance to 0 grams.
If radial and / or lateral runout is outside the tolerance, the tire should be rotated again.

Flat tire and press the tire bead on the rim flange.
Rotate the tire by 90 ?� relative to the disc (a quarter turn).
Again, inflate the tire to 4 bar and check the accuracy of the wheel speed.

NOTE
If the nominal value of the radial and lateral runout are not exceeded, the wheel can rebalance to 0 grams.

If radial and / or lateral runout is still out of tolerance, the tire should be rotated again.
Again press the tire from the rim flange as described above.
Rotate the tire by 180 ?� relative to the disc (half-turn).
If radial and / or lateral runout is still above normal, check the drive to the beating.
If the measured values of the radial and lateral runout are within tolerance, then the bus has an invalid heartbeat. In this case, the tire should be replaced.

NOTE
Due to the mounting of the tire between it and the rim flange is shinomontazhnyj paste.
Therefore, in the first 100-200 km should avoid sudden braking and accelerating. Otherwise, the bus can crank on the drive, and its work will have to perform again.
