Removing and installing cylinder head cover



Withdrawal
Remove the engine cover.
Remove the top cover of a gear belt.
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the back of a reception pipe fitting.
Remove the rear exhaust pipe.
Loosen fixing fuel lines / tubes of the cooling system on the inlet pipe.
Remove the cylinder head cover.

Setting
Installation is carried out in reverse order. It is necessary to consider the following.

NOTE
Replace the seal if damaged bolts.

Tighten bolts of covers of the cylinder head in sequence 1-0,11.

Order of a tightening of bolts fastening the cylinder head cover

Tighten the bolts in the sequence 1-11 with a torque of 10 Nm (Fig. 2.291).
