Replacing crankshaft oil seal on the side of the pulley

Withdrawal
Remove ribbed belt.
Remove the timing belt.

Remove the crankshaft gear wheel. Fix the gear wheel with the help of counter support (Fig. 2.138).
Screw the guide oil seal puller central bolt by hand until it stops at the crankshaft.
Remove the inside of the oil seal puller two turns (about 3 mm) of the outer part and lock the knurled screw.
Lubricate threaded head of oil seal extractor.

Screw the puller, press down firmly on it as deeply as possible into the stuffing box (Fig. 2.140).
Loosen knurled screw and turn inner part of extractor against crankshaft until the oil seal is not removed.

Setting
Remove the remaining oil on the crank pin of the crankshaft with a clean cloth.

NOTE
Working edge sealing gland additionally do not need to grease.

Install guide sleeve on crankshaft journal (Fig. 2.141).
Slide the oil seal over guide sleeve onto crankshaft journal.

Fitting the seal with the mounting sleeve and the central bolt until it stops (Fig. 2.261).
Remove the crankshaft gear. For this fix gear using counter support (Fig. 2.138).
Zapotyanite central bolt with a torque of 120 Nm + to tighten on 1/4. (90 ?�) (additional tightening may be carried out in several stages).

NOTE
Thread and shoulder must not have grease.

Install the timing belt.
Install poly V-belt.
