Dismantling of heating and ventilation systems
Dismantling of heating and ventilation systems should be carried out taking into account these comments and in this order:
| Fig. 344. Removal and installation of baffle right panel: 1 - rubber seal; 2 - of baffle plate
- It removes the right of baffle plate. Lift up the rubber seal 1 (Fig. 344). Then disconnect the plate 2 by spring clips at locations indicated by the arrows and remove it;

- Built-in heater filter 2 (Fig. 345) for trapping dust, which must be replaced after a certain path for maintenance. To remove the safety clip fixing the filter housing must be pressed in the direction of the arrow B and remove the filter element together with the frame. When installing the insert frame 1 (arrow A) in the filter housing 4. Fig. 345 shows a sequence of parts of the filter assembly. Before carrying out further work on the dismantling of heating and ventilation systems necessary to evaluate the possibility of carrying out these works on their own:

- The removal of the right side of the nozzle 5 (see. Fig. 343) is carried out by using Fig. 346. The nozzle adheres to the places indicated by the arrows, and gently pressed with a screwdriver; - The right to remove air is necessary to remove the glove box or airbag for the passenger sitting in front; - To remove the heater 9 is necessary to remove the dashboard. This is quite time-consuming job better perform in the service station;
| Fig. 347. Installation and removal of the fan heater 1 - the electrical connector; 2 - Fan; 3 - lock
- Replacement of the fan heater 10 does not involve any difficulties. Fold the flexible cover to the side of the duct (in the footwell of the passenger seated in front), remove the electrical connector 1 (Fig. 347), additional resistance, press down the lock with a screwdriver, turn the fan 2 in the direction of the arrow (to the left) and remove it;
| Fig. 348. Location of additional resistance heater
- 11 additional resistance (see. Fig. 343) with a thermal relay is in the position shown in Fig. 348. If the fan heater does not work in all modes, it is usually the cause of this is the fault of additional resistance. In this case, you must replace it with a connecting fee. To remove it unscrew the side flexible duct cover and remove the electrical connectors. Compress the side plates and pull resistance; - Gently squeeze screwdriver aperture 12 (see. Fig. 343) heater; - To remove the handle 13 of the central valve, you must first remove the nozzles 18 and 20, respectively, the air ducts at the feet of the driver's front passenger. This means that the previously necessary to remove the dashboard (see above). - To remove the handle 14, you must first remove the nozzles 18 and 20. Pre-need to remove the instrument panel (see above).

- To remove, install or adjust the cable control system supply air and heating (Fig. 349), you should be sure that will be able to carry out all the work; - Remove the radio. After removing the radio using a screwdriver to carefully remove the diaphragm and remove the heater controller:

- Unscrew the screws 3 (Fig. 350) and unscrew the three screws at the arrows and the place. Carefully, using needle-nose pliers to remove the deflector 2. Remove the two screws in the indicated by the arrow in place and remove the central nozzle 1; - Remove the temperature controller with the attached pull cord; - Unhook the cables from the heater controls and take them out. To do this, use a screwdriver to disconnect the spring clips securing the shells and remove the cables. Installation proceed as follows: - Connect the heater wires to the heater controller. To do this, fasten the cables with the colored side of the tags on the controller. Set the membrane all the way to the controller, and then install it using pliers spring clamps and secure them; - Re-establish control; - To fix the cables to the control lever and adjust them, as described below; - The design of heating and ventilation system is shown in Fig. 351.
