The cylinder block with installed parts
Fig. 69. The cylinder block with installed parts: 1 - a bolt, 25 Nm; 2 - Coolant pump pulley; 3 - bolt 20 Nm; 4 - the coolant pump; 5 - O-shaped sealing ring is always replaced with the new; 6 - dipstick with guide tube; 7 - blocking drainage of oil 5 Nm; 8 - knock sensor number 2 (to adjust the ignition timing); 9 - screw 5 Nm; 10 - a cover of the oil pump; 11 - O-shaped sealing ring is always replaced with the new; 12 - drive the oil pump; 13 - the block of cylinders; 14 - an intermediate shaft; 15 - shim, the inscription on it should be facing up; 16 - bolt 10 Nm; 17 - O-shaped sealing ring is always replaced with the new; 18 - oil pan gasket; 19 - the thermostat; 20 - bolt 10 Nm; 21 - O-shaped sealing ring is always replaced with the new; 22 - the gauge of frequency of rotation of the crankshaft; 23 - bolt 5 Nm; 24 - bolt 20 Nm; 25 - O-shaped sealing ring

To remove the intermediate shaft must be removed from the car engine. To remove the intermediate shaft drive 12 to be removed (see. Fig. 69) of the oil pump, since the pump is driven by the intermediate shaft.

Elements of the valve timing
Fig. 91. Elements of the valve timing: 1 - an intermediate shaft; 2 - leading ring; 3 - bolt 10 Nm; 4 - wheel drive sensor; 5 - bolt 10 Nm; 6 - bolt 25 Nm; 7 - an elastic element tensioning devices; 8 - two-row chain tensioner, 20 Nm; 9 - Double-row chain; 10 - two-lane drive sprocket chain; 11 - single-row chain drive sprocket; 12 - chain tensioner shoe; 13 - sprocket chain drive built into the crankshaft; 14 - Single-row chain; 15 - Strap pacifier; 16 - Special bolt 25 Nm; 17 - finger with collar, 25 Nm; 18 - damper; 19 - bolt 20 Nm; 20 - Stars crankshafts

After removing the parts of the valve timing (see. Fig. 91), the intermediate shaft is freely available, its attachment bolts can loosen and remove the shaft.
Install the oil pump is carried out in sequence, return dismantling. Thus it is necessary to make sure that the ring on the steering shaft has an adjusting mark. The ring should be screwed in such a way that the adjustment marking is at the top, otherwise not be able to properly adjust the drive timing.
