The flywheel of the engine is equipped with a toothed rim engine speed sensor. This ring gear is mounted on the back side of the crankshaft by means of three bolts, tighten to 10 Nm. View flywheel has already been shown in Fig. 383. Please note that the set screw is inserted should extend above the surface of 2.5-3.0 mm (measured a). To loosen the bolts of the flywheel lock it properly in a stationary state (for example, by inserting a screwdriver into the flywheel) and loosen the flywheel bolts. Bolts flywheel can not be reused.
A warning If the flywheel friction surface is scratched, this could be, for example, when replacing the slipper clutch, then replace the flywheel. |
Flywheel can not be replaced separately from the flywheel. If damaged it must be replaced teeth flywheel assembly with the ring gear. It will be checked and a starter gear tooth, since they too may be worn. The bolts are tightened to 60 Nm, and then turn them another 90 ?�.
