 Repair of the main brake cylinder

   Repair of the main brake cylinder in the event of a fault lies in its replacement with a new assembly.  The only elements to be changed are the connecting sleeve 4 (see. Fig. 327),  in case of detection of traces of liquid leakage, and a sealing ring 7 between the master cylinder and a vacuum booster.   When replacing couplings, do the following:    - Open the lid of the tank and using a siphon-pear pump out the liquid from it;    - Using a screwdriver shake left and right tank and carefully remove it;    - Remove the nipple;    - New grease nipple with brake fluid and insert them into the master cylinder;    - Carefully install the tank;    - Restore the liquid level in the tank and bleed the hydraulic drive system.
