Removing and installing fuel delivery unit, the fuel level sensor and ejection pumps



Fuses 13 and 14 should be removed from their sockets.
Plugs and wires right and left flange sensors must be disconnected.
Locking rings of right and left flange sensors unscrewed.

Disconnect plugs 1 and 2 as well as the hose connections 3 and 4 under the right flange (Fig. 2.315).
Remove the flange of the sensor with a pressure regulator.

Rasklipsuyte and remove the black hose (Fig. 2.316) on the right and left side of the fuel tank of the fuel supply module housing.

On the right and left sides of the fuel tank, disconnect fuel feed line from the fuel supply unit (Fig. 2.317) to the suction jet pump.
Remove the bottom of the fuel tank the fuel delivery module by turning it to the left by about 90 ?�.

NOTE
Fuel Module enclosure filled with fuel. When inclination or rollover of a fuel can result.
Rasklipsuyte fuel level sensors on both sides of the fuel tank and remove them.
Now, on both sides of the tank can be unlocked and slightly scrolling, remove the ejection pumps.

Pull both ends of the hose through the left and right hole of the sensor.
