Checking the V-ribbed belt

V-ribbed belt
Fig. 2.1. Ribbed belt 1 - a belt

Not sure whether the ribbed belt breaks the support layer (tears, fissures in the middle of the transverse faults); delamination of the layers (the upper layer, the working surface); porvanyh parts of the backing layer; wear of the working surface and edges (material wear, frayed / bristling edge hardening edges, glass edges, surface cracks), as well as traces of oil and grease (Fig. 2.1).

NOTE
In the case of discovery of defects is essential to replace the V-ribbed belt. This prevents possible problems and the failure of some functions. Replacing the V-belt is a repair measure.
