A forward closing beam

A forward closing beam is screwed, and in case of damage during an accident or repair, can be easily removed.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the lower guard (protection) of the engine compartment.
2. Remove the front bumper.
	3. Unscrew the right and left combination hex head screws (1). Then tilt the radiator forward with the support of the castle bonnet.
	4. Remove the closing rail beam (2) from the sleeve (3) with pins (4).
	5. Unscrew the lights and direction indicators on both sides of the machine (see arrow) and remove. Disconnect elektroshteker.
6. Lift the heat sink cable to the crane or hoist and pull the rope.
	7. Remove the pins from the spacer clip (arrows) on the right and left and remove the spacer clips of the radiator bracket.
8. Lift up the tap a bit cooler. Hoses not to disconnect.
	9. Unscrew the closing beam (1) together with the supports of headlights (2).
A warning When collecting bolts tightening torque 8 Nm, not stronger.
10. Disconnect the wiring from the mount of the closing of the beam.

Setting

Installation is made in sequence, return dismantling.
