Adjust the clutch pedal



To ensure complete clutch Check and adjust the position of the clutch pedal:
a) adjust the height of the clutch pedal:

- Loosen the lock nut 2 (Fig. 5.12) locking screw;
- Screw or unscrew the stop screw to the desired position: the pedal height from the floor should be 163.5 mm;
- Tighten the lock nut to 13 Nm;

NOTE
During the adjustment can not dent the pushrod to the clutch master cylinder.

- Tighten the lock nut pusher to 13 Nm;
- Make sure that the clutch pedal free play is within the range 6-13 mm;
- Depress the clutch pedal and measure its progress to the floor: it should be 140 mm.
If the above adjustment quantities are not received, there may be air in the hydraulic system, or damaged clutch (clutch master cylinder).
Bleed the hydraulic clutch system, or check the details.
