Adjustment of bearings of a back nave



You will need: face head "24", a torque wrench, flat-blade screwdriver, pliers.
1. hang out the back wheel, press out ...
2. ... and remove the protective cap the hub.
3. Remove the cotter pin.
4. Turn the hand wheel, tighten the hub nut torque of 20 Nm for self-aligning bearings.
5. Loosen the nuts by unscrewing it in a half-turn (180 ?�).
6. Re-tighten the hub nut torque of 1 Nm.
7. Install a new cotter pin and bend the ends.

A WARNING
If the slot opening in the nut and pin do not coincide, combine them, turning the nut.

8. Before installing a protective cap put in the grease its internal cavity.
