Clutch Master Cylinder



1 - the case;
2 - a cover of a tank;
3 - a tank;
4 - bolt, 13-17 N ??? m;
5 - Case;
6 - pusher;
7 - a lock ring of the piston;
8 - the piston.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the tape fastening popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover.
2. Remove the retaining ring of the piston.
3. Remove the pusher and the piston.

A warning

Not to damage the surface of the pusher and clutch master cylinder contacting the piston.



Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
2. Check the inside of the cylinder body for rust, pitting or development.
3. Check the cuff of the piston for wear.
4. Check the piston for rust, pitting or development.
5. Check the hydraulic tube clutch for damage.
6. Measure the inner diameter of the clutch master cylinder.


A warning

Measure the inside diameter of the clutch master cylinder held in three sections (at the bottom, center and top) in two perpendicular directions.


7. If the clearance between the piston and the cylinder exceeds the limit, replace the master cylinder and / or piston assembly.

Clearance: 0.15 mm


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assemblage grease liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter.

Fluid: Brake fluid DOT 3
2. Insert piston assembly.
3. Install the retaining ring of the piston.
4. Place the plunger.
5. Replace the tape fastening popolnitelnogo tank, and the tank cover.
